Here is exactly what DocFight keeps, what it does not keep, and what you can control yourself.
What we store
Only the minimum account and billing data needed to run the service.
Account Information
Email address, name, and authentication credentials
Billing records
Payment IDs and purchase tiers (amounts, dates). Card details are stored by Stripe, never by us.
Usage tracking
Number of analyses used for rate limiting and subscription tracking
What we do not store
Your document contents are not stored as part of your account history.
Uploaded documents
Uploaded files are processed for analysis and are not retained as saved account documents.
Analysis output
Results are intended for your active session. They are not meant to become a permanent cloud archive.
Document Content
Extracted text is sent to the AI model for analysis, then purged from our servers. We do not log or cache document content.
Generated Letters
Dispute letters are generated client-side and never transmitted back to our servers.

Account Data: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information.
Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store only transaction IDs and the tier you purchased. We never have access to your full card number.
Usage Data: We track the number of analyses performed for rate limiting and subscription management.
